      There's nothing like a hot bowl of soup on a chilly fall evening.
This delicious seasonal soup is bursting with flavor and is loaded with immune supporting antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
 1 tablespoon olive oil or ghee or butter
	1 tablespoon unsalted butter
	2 teaspoons cumin seed
	1 teaspoon lemon powder
	6 cloves garlic, crushed
	2 tablespoons lime juice
	2 cups whipping cream
	32 oz organic chicken broth
	1 pound broccoli florets
	1 head cauliflower florets
	3 cups water (reserved)
	1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
	salt/pepper to taste
