FEEST (Food Education Empowerment and Sustainability Team) is an inspiring Seattle program run by youth for youth. With a modest budget of 50$ a week, these kids are able to share an organic meal and get connected to where their food comes from. The ingredients come from local gardens, CSAs, and the food bank.
The real food movement is growing every day and programs like FEEST are so important to ensure that the next generation makes healthier and more sustainable choices.
