What do you do when you live in the middle of nowhere, and your local grocery store folds? You get together with the other 282 people in your town, and create your own! In a town surrounded by fields and not much else, the people in Wolbach, Nebraska were going to lose their one grocery store that wasn't at least a 45 minute drive away. Instead of making that long trip, the community organized a place called FROGS (First Rural Organic Grocery Store).
