Ingredients
8 slices
French bread
2 Cloves Garlic -- peeled
4 tablespoons
Olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven
to 400 degrees F. Brush with olive oil. Place
bread
on a
baking
sheet.
Bake
10 to 15 minutes until
bread
is toasted,
turning
once.

Once the
bread
is toasted,
rub
both sides of
bread
slices
with
cut
garlic. The roughness of the
bread
will act almost like a grater on the garlic.
