Sometimes there just isn't time to prepare pheasant under glass or duck a l'Orange for dinner. Still, you crave something full of flavor that doesn't require you to spend hours in the kitchen. This chicken Diablo recipe is perfect for those kind of nights. It does take 45 minutes in the oven, but just a few minutes of your time to get it ready.
For a complete meal, pair it with steamed or sauteed summer veggies and wild rice, quinoa, or sweet potatoes. To save even more time, make this dish when you have leftover veggies and rice in your fridge. If you cut the honey in half it will still be delicous and much more balancing for your blood sugar.
