Chicken parmesan can easily be converted into a gluten-free meal. This version from Simple Roots uses flaxseed and physilium husks to form the crust. The breading mixture is seasoned with garlic powder, oregano and dried basil. This wheat-free breading mix can be used in a number of applications including making "fried" fish, zucchini fries or mozzarella sticks.
