Crustless Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients

4 packages (8 oz ea) cream cheese
cups sugar
6 eggs, one at a time
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sour cream
6 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin

Preparation

Mix ingredients for cake (cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, pumpkin) until smooth. Butter glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes.

Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spoon on top of cooled cheesecake and bake for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
