Sindhi Sai Bhaji

Ingredients

1/2 kilogram Sindhi Palak
1/4 kilogram Qasuri Methi Fresh chopped
1/4 cup Fresh Soya leaves chopped
1 Potato chopped large size
1 Garlic crushed medium pod
2 inches Ginger crused long piece
1 cup Oil
1 teaspoon Spices: Chilli powder to taste, Salt to taste, Spices For Tarka:
1 teaspoon Mustard whole
1 teaspoon Cumin seed whole
6 Lehsan key jawey skinless

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a pan and add 1 glass water, cook on low heat till dall, vegetables are well done.

How to apply tempering :

Heat 1-2 table spoon of oil in a frying pan , first add mustard when pop up add other tarka ingredients. When garlic turn to golden pour over prepared curry.

Delicious Sindhi sai Bhaji is ready.

Serve with Roti/Paratha.

Note: Sindhi Palak is sour in taste like mild Tamrind (Imli), if it is not avilable use regular palak
.
