Scrumptious beef strips in a creamy mushroom-sherry sauce are served over buttery noodles in this quick and easy take on the classic Beef Stroganoff recipe. Dinner is on the table in just 30 minutes and hungry bellies will be satisfied.
Beef Stroganoff

1 boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak, 3/4-inch thick, cut into 2-inch pieces
Cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 cup plain yogurt (or sour cream)
Hot cooked medium egg noodles
Chopped fresh parsley
