Perfect Peach Hand Pies

Use up the last of your summer peaches to make these perfect hand pies from Bakerella.  Fresh peaches are finely diced and simply flavored with lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon before being stuffed into a pocket of flaky pie crust.  You can substitute the peaches with any other available stone fruit such as cherries, plums, or nectarines.  For full recipe instructions, click here.
