Grilled cheese is one of the simplest yet most satisfying meals in existence. This gluten-free version allows those individuals who are gluten intolerant to still enjoy this classic American comfort food. Gluten-free bread is buttered before being grilled until golden brown. The mozzarella cheese, gluten-free turkey, and pepperoni slices melt together into one delicious filling. Grilled cheese is great on it's own or even better as a side to a bowl of homemade tomato soup.
4 slices Kat's gluten free bread
butter/olive oil for cooking
4 slices Applegate Farms Gluten Free smoked turkey breast
2 slices mozzarella
6 pepperoni slices
Koops' Honey Mustard (or another Gluten Free variety)
Butter or brush olive oil on the bread. Place on a heated skillet and cook each side until light golden brown.
Add one slice of turkey breast to two slices of bread, top with slice of mozzerella, another slice of turkey and pepperoni. Top off each with the remaining slices of bread, with honey mustard on the inside side.
