These Christmas M&M cookies from Cooking Classy are an easy holiday treat. Cookie dough (similar to chocolate chip cookie dough) is studded with festive green and red M&M's. I recommend making a double batch and freezing one. That way when you have a hankering for something sweet, you can just pop a few in the oven.
