Seafood Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
1 frozen shrimp, shelled
4 med. bell peppers
1 cup light mayo & & ½ cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 or use fakes crabmeat
2 tablespoons Green onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
Dash pepper
Preparation

Drain and slice crab. Cut off tops of peppers, and remove membrane and seeds. Precook peppers in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine crab, shrimp, rice, celery, onion and pimiento. Mix mayonnaise with curry powder, salt and pepper. Add to crab and shrimp mixture. Stir until thoroughly blended. Stuff pepper with seafood and cover with bread crumbs. Brush tops lightly with butter and place in baking dish filled 1/2 inch with hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
