Blue Cheese Sauce/dressing

Ingredients

1 cup Mayo
1 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Granulated Garlic
8 oz. Good Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/4 cup Buttermilk (for dressing)

Combine above & store in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Much better as it ages.
