Vegetable Puffs

Ingredients
1 Puff Pastry Sheets (ready made) (any brand)
1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrot,beans,peas)
1 Potato medium (boiled)
1 Onion medium (cut in length wise)
1/2 Tomato (chopped)
1 inch ginger piece (crushed)
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds/Sombu
1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Curry masala Powder
Turmeric powder a pinch
Coriander leaves few (finely chopped)
Salt as needed
3 teaspoons Oil
Preparation

Thaw the frozen puff pastry sheets before use.

Keep stirring the vegetables and add enough salt,mix well.

Keep stir frying for another 2 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Prepare the puff pastry sheets as per the instructions given in the cover.

Place them in an oven safe container and bake it for 30-40 minutes.
