Prawn Salad With Avocado and Mango

Ingredients

ripe
Avocados

Mango
100 grams
Prawns~
remove shells and vine, season with some
salt
and
pe
* substitute
prawns
with
crab meat
or
lobster
if you pre
Dressing
100 grams
Low fat
mango
yoghurt
2 teaspoons
Lemon juice
some
sea salt
and
pepper

Preparation

Combine all
Dressing
ingredients and set aside.

Scoop
out avocado flesh and reserve the skins to be used later as
salad
bowls.

Diced avocado and mango. Add cooked prawns and
mix
well, then lastly add in
dressing
and toss well.

Serve
in avocado bowls or if you're lazy, just
serve
all into a pretty
serving
bowl.
