Potato Dumplings With Ham and Herbs

Ingredients
1 packet instant
potato
purée (125 g)
30 grams
butter
Salt
and
pepper
150 grams ham, chopped
50 grams
Emmental
or
Swiss cheese,
grated

egg
4 tablespoons
chives
or
parsley,
chopped
Preparation

Preparer the instant potato purée according to the producer’s instructions.

Add butter and pepper to the
puree,
mix
well, set aside and let
cool
a little.

Add ham, cheese, egg and herbs to the
puree,
mix
and combine.
Puree
should have compact consistency.

Preheat
the oven to 200˚C, line the b

ray with parchment paper.

form potato dumplings and put them onto the parchment paper.
Bake
for 25 minutes.

Serve
hot as a side
