Dall Sheep

Dall sheep range throughout the Mackenzie mountains and can weigh as much as 200 lbs. They are sedentary grazers that browse in Alpine meadows so the meat of younger animals is sweet and tender without marinading and can be treated as for domestic lamb or mutton.
