Oats and Cinnamon Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

Combine all purpose flour,oats, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda,cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.

Spoon into 1/2 inch load pan.

Allow to stand in pan for 20 mins, then remove from pan and place on wire rack to cool

About
I used 4 teaspoons of cinnamon instead of 1/2 teaspoon because I love the aroma of cinnamon.
