Double Eggplant Pizzas

Turn on the oven to 180 °
I cut the eggplant ½ cm, I salted a bit and leave on a inclined chopping board 1 hour.
Meanwhile I washed away the seeds and peel tomatoes in a small cubes, put into a bowl, seasoned with salt oregano and olive oil.
I cut the ham into small slices, mozzarella slices and washed the eggplant to remove salt.
I then took a well oiled baking pan and arrange the first row of eggplant, on top of each put a tablespoon of diced tomatoes, mozzarella, ham or anchovy fillets, cover each slice stuffed with a
