Crock Pot Monkey Bread

Ingredients

biscuits, cinnamon, brown sugar, butter

Preparation

1
Spray your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. The crock pot is 4 quarts.
2
In a small saucepan, add in the butter and brown sugar. Heat on medium until the sauce is smooth, stirring often. It will take about 10 minutes.
3
Pour the sauce into the bottom of the prepared crock pot.
4
Remove the biscuits from the package. Cut them into quarters.
5
Add the cinnamon and sugar into a large storage bag. Seal the bag and toss it around to mix the cinnamon and sugar.
6
Add the quartered biscuits a handful at a time into the bag and toss it. Remove them and add them to the crock pot.
7
Continue to coat the biscuits in cinnamon and sugar and adding them to the crock pot.
8
Turn the crock pot to low and let cook for 2 hours - 2 hours 8 minutes. Mine was officially done at 2 hours 8 minutes.
9
Remove the inner bowl from the crock pot.
10
Place a platter with raised edges on top of the crock pot. Make sure the platter is centered. Grab your oven mitts and turn the inner bowl out onto the platter.
