Chipped Beef

Ingredients
1 jar of Dried Beef, chopped Small
2 1/2 cups Milk
2 1/2 tbsps Wondra flour
2 1/2 tbsps Butter
1 can canned peas(drained and reserve liquid)
Preparation

Melt butter(do not brown or burn it). Add drained pea liquid to the milk.
Stir flour and melted butter till smooth.
Add milk/pea liquid;
Stir until sauce thickens and is smooth.
Add pepper.
Add Dried Beef
Add drained peas and stir.
Serve over mashed potatoes, toast, or rice
.
