Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 - 2 lb. chuck steak, chopped up
1 tablespoon garlic
1 lg. onion
Soup bone
3-4 zucchini
2 stalks celery
5 carrots
1 can corn or 1 can kidney beans
pepper to taste
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon sweet basil
