BeginnerI not only love the rustic look of this pancake, but I love how easy it is to make, how delicious it is and that it doesn't have any sugar in it. I sweetened it up with some fresh fruit.

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- fresh fruit
- cane sugar

Pre-heat the oven to 425°F. In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, milk, and vanilla until smooth. On the stove top, heat the skillet and add the butter until it is melted, ensuring the butter coats the skillet.

15-17 minutes
Add the pancake mixture to the skillet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes, or until the sides rise up and the pancake is golden brown.

Serve immediately with fresh fruit, optionally slightly heated with a touch of cane sugar.
