Pineapple Marjoram Cocktail

Stir the chopped herbs into the pineapple juice and chill for several hours.

When ready to serve, strain and stir in the mineral water.

Add a dash of bitters.

Serve each helping with a measure of vodka if desired, a couple of Floral Ice Cubes and a marjoram flower floating on the top.

If you want to serve a cocktail with a difference, try this one for style. The aroma of fresh marjoram - ''joy of the mountains'' to the ancient Greeks - and the base of fresh pineapple juice, are wonderful together. If you want to give it a bit of a kick, add a touch of vodka to make it a great start to a party.
