Add all ingredients to machine and program for knead and first rise.

When dough is done remove and punch down. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Place 13 x 9 x 1" baking pan on bottom of oven. Preheat oven to 500. On lightly floured work surface, cut dough in half and cut into four equal pieces. With a lightly floured rolling pin, roll each piece into a 1/4" thick free-form circle. Cover with a clean kitchen cloth and let rest 20 minutes.
