Sweet Potato Toast with Yoghurt & Berries
Ingredients
1 slice of sweet potato
2 tsp. Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp. blueberries
1 tbsp. raspberries
1 tsp. pomegranate
Preparation

Place the sliced sweet potato in the toaster or under the grill until it has cooked through.

Top with the Greek yoghurt and fruit to serve.
