Gluten Free Muffin Soufflé
Ingredients
Dry Mix: 1 cup gluten free flour blend
2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
For each soufflé: 1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 egg
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients into a bowl

For each soufflé: Into a ramekin add 1/4 cup dry mix

Add 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Add 1 egg

Add 1 tsp. of soft or melted butter

Stir and cook in the microwave for 1 minute
