Ingredients
1/4 cup Canola oil
Few Garlic cloves, minced
Dice the onions, add to the preheated canola oil. Saute until the Add the liver and mix with the onions until the liver ch

Do not over cook the liver, it gets tough if you do. It should be done when it is soft, the whole cooking processes should not take more than 30-35 minutes.
