Stuffed French Breads

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef (turkey)
1 pound ground pork
1 pound mild cheese
2 pkgs. Pee Wee French bread
Chopped bell pepper
Italian bread crumbs
3 eggs
Tony's Creole Seasoning
Preparation

Saute seasonings in butter until tender. Cook meats and drain grease. Add seasonings. Mix bread crumbs and eggs. Mix until well blended and cool. Add shredded cheese to cooled meat mix. Hollow Pee Wee breads. Stuff with meat mixture. Drop ends in bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Freezes well - let defrost completely. Re
