Orange Coconut Sweet Rolls

Ingredients
3/8 cup MILK
3/8 cup WATER
1 EGG
3 cups all-purpose FLOUR
1 teaspoon SALT
4 teaspoons BUTTER
cup SUGAR
1 1/2 teaspoons Red Star YEAST
inch Place ingredients bread pan
Select Dough setting
Press Start
1 cup FLAKED COCONUT
1/2 cup GRANULATED SUGAR
grated rind of 3 Oranges
2 teaspoons melted BUTTER
1 cup Confectioners' SUGAR
4 teaspoons ORANGE JUICE
Preparation

(1) Place all ingredients in bread pan,

2. Select DOUGH setting, press start

3. When dough has risen long enough, the machine will beep.

6. In small bowl combine coconut, granulated sugar, and grated orange rind for filling.

7. Set AsideGrease two 9" round cake pans.

8. For the filling, brush each rectangle w/1 T of melted butter.

9. sprinkle filling mixture evenly on top.

10. Starting at the long end, roll up dough,

11. pinch seam to seal.

12. With knife and seam side down, lightly mark the roll into 1" sections

13. Slide a 12" piece of dental floss or heavy thread underneath.

16. Cover/let rise in a warm oven 30-45 minutes till doubled.

17. Preheat oven to 350i.

18. Bake 30 minutes until golden.
