Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup vegetable oil
1½ cups self-rising flour
½ cup crushed pretzels
½ cup dark chocolate morsels

Preparation

reheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two cookies sheets with parchment paper.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat sugars, eggs, vanilla, and vegetable oil until creamy.

Add flour, ½ cup at a time until a soft dough comes together.

Add pretzels and chocolate chips, and mix just until everything is well incorporated.

Scoop a tablespoon of dough and slightly flatten onto prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Just until the edges are slightly golden. Remove and transfer to a wire rack.

In the meantime, boil loose tea and strain. Serve and enjoy.
