Deliciously tasting fudgy brownies

Ingredients

Fudge Brownies:
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar - Organic if possible
2/3 (11 Tablespoons) cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup water
1 (11.5 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 large eggs - Organic if possible
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Frosting:
6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup cocoa powder - Organic is possible
pinch of salt
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons milk

Preparation

Step 1: Set oven to 325F degrees. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan, use aluminum foil and non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2: In a medium sized saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, and water. Heat to almost boil.

Step 3: Remove it from the heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla extract; stir until all chocolate melts.

Step 4: Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl of your choice. Use an electric or stand mixer, beat in eggs, mixing again after each egg.

Step 5: Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.

Step 6: Pour brownie batter into prepared pan. Bake for about 50 minutes. Check after 40.

Step 7: Make sure to let it cool before you cut it into preferred squares.

Heavenly tasty fudge brownies. You can use chocolate chips in these brownies or also dark chocolate of your choice. I always tries to use organic ingredients when possible and especially for the chocolate in this recipe. You can also leave the brownies plain or put the frosting, your choice!
