2 loafs frozen bread dough, raised according to directions
1/2 pound hard salami, thin
3/4 pound boiled or baked ham, thin
1/2 pound Provolone cheese
1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese
1 Egg Yolk

About
Stromboli is a very versatile entree. Meats and cheeses can be of any combination to your liking. For example meatballs, mozzerella cheese, and hot pepper rings make a wonderful Stromboli. Italian sausage, roasted red and green peppers and onions are another delicious combination. Brushing top of dough will yield a nice golden crust. Cookie sheets are adequate for baking, a baking stone produces a finished product more like your local pizzaria.
