Crab Rangoon

Ingredients

1 pkg. wonton wraps
1 clove chopped garlic
3/4 pound Sea Sticks imitation crab meat
1 green onion with tops
Pepper and lemon juice to taste

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, crabmeat, and green onions. Sprinkle with salt, lemon juice, and pepper to taste.

Spoon inside wonton wrappers and seal all sides together.

TIP: Mix egg white together, dip your finger in it, rub on the wrap to hold before deep frying
