Mustard-Maple Ham Steaks With Cider-Madeira Sauce
Ingredients
2 bay leaves
2 ham steaks (1-pound), each about 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick, patted dry
2 1/2 cups apple cider
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Madeira

Place ham steaks side by side in dish, overlapping slightly if necessary.
