Oriental Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black, ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
6 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
cup parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
cup red onions, minced

About
1 cup peanuts or toasted almonds is great additions; add just before serving. Can also sprinkle with sesame seeds.
