Texas Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Cut steak in serving pieces and pound flat with a tenderizer mallet. Beat eggs with milk. Mix flour with salt and pepper. Dip steak in egg mixture, then in seasoned flour. Fry in 1/2 inch of hot oil until brown on both sides.
