Carrots and Goat Cheese Custard-Pie

Ingredients

300 grams carrots
1 small goat cheese
150 mililiters whipped cream
1 small oignon

Preparation

Peel, and cut carrots in small bits

Steam cook them for about 15 mins.

Slice the oignon

Once the carrots are cooked, mix them with the sliced oignon in a mixer until mashed

Stear the eggs and add them to the mashed carrots-oignons

Add the cream and the coriander, mix well

Add salt and pepper.

Dispose the preparation in silicon muffins moulds, and cook them in "bain-marie" for about 30 mins in a heated oven at 180°

Once you get them out of the oven, wait until they cool a little before unmold
