White Gravy

Ingredients

2 Ts unsalted butter
1 small onion minced
2 Ts Flour all purpose
1 cup Milk

Preparation

1
Combine 2 tablespoons of butter, a little onion and 1 tablespoon or so of flour. Cook until onion is tender. Add 1 cup milk and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until thickens.
