1 pound linguine
1 carrot
1 stalk broccoli
1 zucchini
1 red or yellow bell pepper
6 ounces sugar snap peas
OR snow peas
tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup low-fat sour cream
cup parmesan cheese or more to taste
1 handf fresh herbs minced
fresh pepper to taste
