Sauteed Zucchini

Ingredients

small onion sliced
1 pound mushrooms sliced
5 zucchini - (to 6) sliced
2 tablespoons butter
Seasonings to taste
(Mrs. Dash, Lawry's, or Spike all work great!)
1 cup grated or shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add zucchini and cook just until tender - don't overcook!

Sprinkle with seasoning; stir to mix well and, while still in frying pan, top with mozzarella cheese. When cheese is melted, serve immediately!
