Cheese-Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients
pound Mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons Bread crumbs
2 Onions
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Egg
2 cups Cottage cheese, ½%% fat
Preparation

Saute mushrooms, add crumbs. Put in quiche pan. Saute onions and put over.

Top with Cheddar. Combine egg and cottage cheese and put on top. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake 45 min. at 375F.
