Fish Crocchette

Ingredients
500 grams cod fillet (or any white fish fillet)
400 grams potatoes
2 eggs
50 grams parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1 cup milk
100 grams flour
Preparation

Begin to cook the fish and potatoes.

Boil the potatoes in their skins in a pot with the water or in the microwave in a container with two inches of water (for the cooking time in the microwave, read the instruction booklet)

Mix well the mixture , form into balls to the same size if possible.

I’ve accompanied with aioli sauce ( garlic and mayonnaise)
