Ingredients
1 pound Liver
2 cups
Potatoes
, diced,
raw
1 cup Onions,chopped
teaspoon
Salt
teaspoon
Pepper
2 tablespoons Fat or
oil
3 tablespoons
Tomato paste
1 tablespoon
Flour
cup
Milk
cup
Light cream
1 teaspoon
Salt
teaspoon
Pepper
Preparation
1
Put liver, potatoes and onion through food chopper twice. Add 1 1/2 tsp.
salt
and 1/8 tsp pepper.

Drop liver by spoonfulls into hot fat in
skillet.
Fry
quickly. Remove Burgers from pan.

For gravy,
blend
tomato paste and flour into drippings in pan. Add milk,
cream
, 1 tsp
salt
and 1/8 tsp pepper. Bring to
boil
,
stirring
constantly.

Add Liverburgers;
simmer
covered 15 minutes.
