Sweet & Spicy Butternut Squash

Ingredients
1 medium butternut squash, cut half lengthwise and seeded
2 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Set the two butternut squash halves a large bakin, making sure the flesh side is facing up.

Place 1 teaspoon butter in the middle of each squash.

Season with black pepper.

Roast 25 minutes, or just until the flesh is fork-tender.

Top with fleur de sel while still hot.
