Blueberry Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
3 Egg yolks, beaten
3 Egg whites, beaten until stiff peaks form
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine, melted
2 1/4 cups Yogurt
1 cup Blueberries
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients. Blend together egg yolks and yogurt, mix well; add to dry ingredients, add butter and mix together until just combined. Stir in blueberries.

Fold in egg whites. Cook on hot griddle for 3-4 minutes per side.
