2 tablespoons Fat or
butter
3/4 cup Diced
onions
1 1/2 pounds
Sauerkraut
drained
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
2 teaspoons
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Sugar
1/2 cup
Water
Preparation

Melt
the fat in a saucepan and
brown
the onions lightly. Add the sauerkraut, pepper, paprika, sugar and water. Cover loosely and cook over low
heat
1 hour.
