Almond Oil Dressing

Ingredients

1 teaspoon mustard, French
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon sherry
1 tablespoon vinegar, white
1 teaspoon lemon, juice of
1/2 teaspoon sugar (caster)
1/10 teaspoon white pepper
1/10 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Place all ingredients except almond oil in a bowl and whisk well.

Gradually whisk in almond oil in a thin stream.

Dressing should be creamy.

Use to dress green bean, asparagus, broccoli salads and finish with toasted sliced almonds.
