Easy Marshmallow Icing

Ingredients

Marshmallows (plain or flavored)

Bake your cupcakes

After baking, take a marshmallow and place it on top of each cupcakes

Place your cupcakes back into the oven. (Oh well, I don't have an oven so I used turbo broiler for baking.)

After a minute, use the back of the spoon to mash down the marshmallows to help them spread evenly

Then place it back to the oven or turbo broiler for another 2 minutes.
